Conformities
Certification is a voluntary process for a producer. It aims to obtain from a third party (the certifying body such as Afaq-Afnor) a written assurance (renewed regularly on the basis of audits) that a product or service complies with the requirements specified by a standard (articles L. 115-27 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The declaration of conformity is "a technical document defining the characteristics that a product or service must have and the methods for monitoring the conformity of the product or service to these characteristics."
As a brand, we are required to bring our products into compliance in order to offer them to you.
