Shipment of Your Package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be delivered by courier within 3 hours in Paris. If you have any questions about the delivery method, please contact us. Regardless of the chosen delivery method, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing charges as well as postage costs. Handling and shipping fees are fixed. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
